Advising by Appointment

Requesting an Advising Appointment (Third-Year and Above)

Students interested in pursuing a pre-health career who are in their third and fourth year, transfer student, or alumni are eligible to request an advising appointment.

To submit a request, you must first be added to the HPAO Canvas Homeroom, as the appointment request form is available exclusively through that platform.

Please complete the request form as thoroughly as possible. Providing detailed information allows our team to review and process your request more efficiently. Appointments are typically scheduled within 2–3 weeks of the submission date. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Requests submitted too far in advance of the desired meeting time may be asked to resubmit closer to the intended date.

While you are waiting for your appointment, if you have general questions, you are welcome to visit the HPAO Office (GMCS 323) during walk-in hours to speak with one of our peer mentors, who are happy to assist you.

The HPAO Office is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
