    HPAO is proud to celebrate Daniah Al Dulaimi, one of our dedicated HPAO Peer Mentors, who has been accepted into the Physician Assistant (PA) program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She will begin the program in June 2026, just two weeks after graduating from San Diego State University.

She had the opportunity to give an oral presentation on her research study entitled “Proton versus Photon VMAT Craniospinal Irradiation for Hematologic Leptomeningeal Disease.”

    HPAO welcomes their new Director! Dr. Viramontes is an educator and immunologist with a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of California, Irvine, where her research focused on identifying therapeutic targets for immune cells in chronic viral infection and cancer.
