Enrichment Year Opportunities

Often pre-health students find themselves in a position where they are not yet ready to apply for health professions school, even though they have completed their undergraduate studies, and so they take an enrichment (gap) year. Pre-health students take this year to engage in various activities that will better themselves as applicants for health professions school. During this time pre-health students can gain more healthcare/clinical experience, become more involved in community service, do research, or study for one of the required standardized tests (DAT, MCAT, OAT, etc.) for health professions school.
